Fabric, Tile & Grout Sealer

A Penetrating Solvent Impregnating Sealer for Soft & Hard Porous Surfaces.

A premium grade solvent based, long lasting soiling & stain repellent for porous surfaces. Follow instructions. A little goes a very long way. Coverage on Grout & Stone is usually around 2,000-3,500 sqft per gallon depending on how porous the surface is or volume & thickness of grout.  This is a top of the line fabric protectant on the level of "micro-sealants" and other nano level protectors.

SEAL HARD SURFACES: After applying straight and evenly with a fine mist, use microfiber mop over area to smooth out product on hard surfaces after applying. zerorez fabric, tile and grout cleaner will flash dry after microfiber use on non-porous surfaces while remaining to cure into porous, grout lines, stone, cement, etc.  On grout & Stone sealant will last 2-5 years.

PROTECT CARPET & RUGS: Apply straight with a fine missed coating after cleaning, followed by use of a carpet or rug groomer. On rugs and carpet protectant will last 2 to 5 years.

PROTECT UPHOLSTERY: Apply Zerorez fabric, tile and grout sealer straight with a light fine mist making an even coating on fibers, follow that up with grooming in with a clean horse hair upholstery brush. Zerorez fabric tile and grout sealer will last 3 to 5 years on a upholstery.

REPEAT APPLICATIONS: although Zerorez fabric tile and grout sealer lasts 2 to 5 years on most surfaces. It is recommended after a cleaning to do a re-application coating, often with a lighter mist than used when initially protecting if the technician identifies that the sealant/protectant is still somewhat active.  On repeat cleanings, Zerorez's standard hot water extraction cleaning using soapless citrus detergents will only slightly diminish Zerorez fabric, tile & grout cleaners effectiveness at preventing stain & wear.
